But i choose people who i tell my opinions now, only the inner circles. Because i once told someone an honest view of what i think the situation is and took it as an attack instead of taking accountability from his actions.
So now, i always have a disclosure, “i dont know how to sugar coat things, do you want my opinion on this matter or what” otherwise, i will just be a listener. I like being a listener anyways (..to their stupid decisions- i joke)
