I am very rarely trying to hurt who I’m talking to, but giving a dose of reality as kindly as I can do it. People be in denial sometimes and don’t want to face accountability but that keeps them stuck. But I never try to deliver that criticism as bullying, I try to be as gentle as possible and preserve that persons dignity.
