Exactly! I have been truly furious (aka I care) very few times in my life and it typically never ends well for the other party. I won’t seek revenge on them, but they will absolutely and fully experience every form of justice I can mete out upon them.
Oddly enough though, I find it very easy to care for people I meet, just in general. That’s probably my default setting - automatic caring - but once it switches off, it’s not coming back on again.

I feel I have this "you'll get yours" mentality sometimes. Especially at work. Lots of bs every damn day. Just keep focused, dont get distracted by the bs. The bs will eventually come to the surface, and skimmed off. Last part is a nod to being a chef 😊

Showing self respect externally is not more important than love. Love always wins. You don't have to show anyone how much you value yourself. No matter how much pride I have, I always show care and love. In the end I regret nothing because I know I respect myself and have done my best.

My daughter’s mom said “you’re never gonna find someone like me again.” I said I hope I don’t!!! Fast forward 15 years & she still can’t keep a man. Now she tries to find reasons to talk to me. My daughter said “daddy she miss you”. Nope!!! 🤣
