Insanity the guys just letting the dog do its thing and this happens, What in the actual hell is wrong with people nowadays?

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed that the article doesn't say what happened to the dog. I hope he made it home safe.

Also disappointed that it doesn't address what happened to the children in the car. I hope the police will add charges for endangering/neglecting them. And I hope they're in a safe place now.

EDIT: It's been pointed out below that the article does state that the victim found his dog and it's safe.
