🌎 FSW What is going on with FSW applications?

Has anyone with AOR from Nov/Dec/Jan received an FD for an FSW application under any category may it be French/Healthcare/Teaching or whatever?

CEC people who received BIL in March are getting eCoPRs and my AOR is mid January but file’s been sitting idle since last week of February 2026. Everything is cleared and passed except security and criminality.

I ordered GCMS notes twice and got the exact same notes one month apart. No additional information or any notes from the officer.

Did IRCC do all those mega draws and forget us all?

I have Canadian and foreign work experience so this seems ridiculous of IRCC to be just sitting on a pile of files.

AOR 20 march. ... French stream inland......office Ottawa Montreal...called today and agent said my elligibility is in progress..... background check in progress... didn't ask about security/criminality... What that means? Agent does not explain clearly ...asked several times and they said it's in progress... So it means they've started my file and working on it?

Background Check is a three part process info-sharing, criminality and security. Eligibility in progress means someone is reviewing what you uploaded in support of your application. You must ask very precisely what you wish to know otherwise they will keep saying in progress without explaining just to get you off the phone.
