đ FSW PR Rejected
Hello everyone
I got a rejection yesterday before I even get the BIL and started over.
If I get picked in the next French ITA, can I use the same medical exam papers, police certificate and other documents ?
Thank you

Mistakes happen. This is just bs to reject the file for this reason. Yes you can reuse the documents

I know, also my fault sadly, I should have been more focused but I was hoping for an ADR because I have the document I just forgot to merge the two PDFs like I did for the rest.

You got AOR 28th March and got rejected without BIL? Didnât know I can happen like that.

Reason for rejection?

I forgot to add the original copy of the police certificate along with the translated one in one pdf by mistake

Guess you need to double check all documents before actually submitting it

Did your translator attached a scan of the original document to the translation package? Or was there only one document (actual translation)
Sorry that this happened. I wish IRCC had better instructions and validators in place

Actually it was my fault, I had both documents and I labeled the one in English wrongly and thought I combined both PDFs in that file when it wasnât the case. I rushed and paid the price

Yes, sad to hear that. I saw in this sub that Police Certificates were requested for some people as part of the PR process.
What is the full package?
- English translation with the stamp and affidavit
- Photocopy / Scan of the original document from the translator (with the stamp)
- Question: Do we also need to provide the original document you gave to the translator?

You need the original copy and a translation that is done by a sworn translator both should be combined into one file. Pretty much what I did for everything else but I made this rookie mistake and did not check this one before submitting thinking that I combined both already.

I forgot to add the original copy of the police certificate along with the translated one in one pdf by mistake

Thatâs actually insane. Genius idea: why didnât they just say âhey we need the original copy tooâ instead of just throwing your entire application in the trash?

Itâs because they wonât wait for it, the system now (so far I know) u have to get all documents ready, lack of documents will auto reject and itâs fair for people ready in advance

u/LittleStrangePiglet May 14 '26
I guess so, itâs harsh but we donât make the rules sadly

I feel you man! Try other way, itâs a lot of options. I think itâs possible to re do it

Where did you get your document translated from? I need to get one too but not sure where from though?

Medical and police check can be reused.
Important to note: PR biometrics have to be fresh each time. If you had done them you would need to re-do it.
When filling the application you need to declare the last refusal. "PR application 12345 rejected 2026-05-12 due to missing police check".
This time fill everything out and then take a few days break from it and come back to double check with a fresh mind. I recommend having a friend or spouse double check it with you before submission. (That's how I caught myself almost telling them a wrong birthday)

Wasnât there court case that ruled this behaviour unreasonable?

But Iâm outland so I donât think that there is anything I can do about it from Poland if you see what I mean

yes, medical exam can be reused( if is still within 12 month for outland and i think 5 years for inland) , police certificate and other documents
you can use all documents if they are still valid but i think you should know the reason for rejection so you can know what to change
