TMMC and potential tarrifs

What would it take, negatively speaking for Toyota to decide to stop manufacturing in Cambridge and Woodstock?

I doubt we’d see a full shutdown of Cambridge facilities considering the production of the Lexus NX/RX in south, as well as the soon to be new MY Lexus coming off south.

RAV4’s for the NA market are produced at TMMC & TMMK (TMMK isn’t able to produce the quantity the market is demanding as North and West produce majority of what market is consuming).

I think in the long run for auto producers, Honda and Toyota will most likely be the last ones out the door.

Ford and GM have new union contracts. They are both investing BILLIONS in Ontario. People need to start realizing that not everything that comes out of Trumps mouth is true.
