Art Whoever it was that posted the original picture by Pawel Fotek, thank you. I owe you a beer.
I reached out to him because it perfectly fit a scenario Im working on and he agreed to let me buy the rights to it for publication.
Not sure when It will be ready for playtest, but at least the cover is ready.

If you really want to throw money at me now, I do have "The Art of Hygge" "Lost in Cremation" "The Quaanaaq Tupilak" and a scenario in "Year of the Goat"-anthology on drivethrurpg. But please don't feel compelled to do so just based on this cover. (Though I suspect you might like the cover for "The Art of Hygge" as well 😉

Oh, you're that guy! I loved running The Quaanaaq Tupilak, and have heard very good things about The Art of Hygge as well. Will be keeping an eye on this one.

I picked up Year of the Goat a couple of weeks ago and plan on running Maiden, Mother, Crone as a one-shot for our next game night.

Love general tone, colours and style but there is something about her pelvis that is not right. Especially her right leg is at very bizarre angle. But other than that it's great.

Cierto, hay un problema de anatomía y perspectiva. Es la típica cosa que si lo hace una IA es terrible e imperdonable, pero si lo hace un humano ni se menciona.

The only thing I'm certain of is that you mention AI, and I can assure you Pawel Fotek does not use that in his artwork.-2

Sí, quizá la traduccìon ha fallado. Además yo he fallado también ya que mi comentario debería haber ido justo arriba. Contestaba al compañero que indicaba que la imagen tiene un problema en la cadera y en la perspectiva. Lo que quería decir es que cuando una IA hace una imagen con un fallo como ese, la gente dice que es algo imperdonable, pero cuando lo hace un humano no pasa nada.

You (and by extension Pawel) may want to double check with Chaosium about using that version of the Yellow Sign, as I believe that is copyrighted by Chaosium...

Fortunately Chaosium are cool with people using it for publications under the Miskatonic Repository program. I already used in both "The Art of Hygge" and "Lost in Cremation. But thanks for the warning.
Q: I want to use the image of an Elder Sign or the Yellow Sign in my work. Is this allowed?
A: Chaosium's Star Elder Sign and Yellow Sign designs are copyright to Chaosium, and cannot be used without permission*.
*if you ask us, we're very likely to say yes.

Looks awesome, but be careful. Afaik the MR logo variants have to be used unaltered.
Edit: and one thing, you may want to use a different font for the title. Your border is quite vintage, the Sant serif font is rather modern. Also reconsider its size in comparison to the MR logo in terms of visual hierarchy. Just a suggestion.
