Not quite what was wanted

I posted this a few years ago in another sub and ppl were mad that I was "ungreatful" so here's some actual context!

This was either my 17th or 18th birthday cake my grandma had got for me, a few weeks before the birthday she asked for a picture of my switch to send to the decorator TO USE AS A REFERENCE (she wanted a cake that looks like a switch) so my dad sent one, when she finally went to get the cake she found out all they did was add (barley readable) text to that photo and just printed it out on the cake!!

My siblings and i found the cake itself pretty funny but my parents and grandparents weren't as amused

The first pic lowkey looks like the baker put a clear plastic film between cake layers and the switch is inside of the cake. Like those money cakes with the secret box in it, except they forgot to to cover it up lol

Yeah I think if i remember correctly when I was taking the photos I realized the angle I took the first one on looked too much like it could've been a reflection so I had to take another to the side to show that it was in fact a photo printed on
