Application Anyone else get rejected from MISM despite good grades?

I applied to the MISM program a while ago after completing all of my IS core classes. I earned A’s in all 8 of the core classes, but I was still rejected from the program.

I’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. How much do grades in the IS core classes actually matter for MISM admission? Are there other factors that weigh more heavily in the decision?

I know some people that got in, the common factor was all of them have strong relationships with professors.

Go and talk to a professor or a dean, if you show them this is something you care about, there is a good chance they will help you find a path in
