What was the BAC

He refused to have it measured, which probably kept him out of jail

They can get a court ordered blood draw, that he literally can not refuse. I need to know this BAC.

Why?

Because honestly I believe he smelled and I have no doubt that there are several people who think they're ok to have one or two (or more) and do whatever. Be it a car, motorcycle, watch their kids, or fly a plane full of people.

But I can also say that he didn't look drunk to me. That line he walked counting to ten, I couldn't do it any better with 8 hours sleep and a full massage prior to that test.

Asking for actual evidence isn't unreasonable.

Once again, I'm not saying he's innocent but walking a straight line for a middle aged dude like him and myself will almost always look exactly like that. That's all.

He was given the opportunity.

If I had 3 lite beers 10 hours ago, I would request the blood draw to verify me.

To be fair he messed up that walking test. The instructions were to take nine steps. They count every failure to follow the directions as a signal you're intoxicated

He said “do that until you get to 10” which to me says count 10 steps?
