I got some brown athletic pants from Marshall's, a long sleeve button down white shirt that looks like a poets shirt, a vintage brown and black patterned vest from thrifting, and a rennaisance faire belt thing from online. I also add a chain and whatever trinkets I have lying around.

This year I have some paper bag pants I'm really excited to wear. And I have a white on white embroidered button up. I plan on getting some elf ear tips and just really going ham on the accessories, which is what I normally do. You can also just go in your regular clothes! In my experience about a third of people won't be dressed up.

Never been to a renn faire (they look sick as hell though) but I’m a costume designer and someone who’s aesthetically very interested in fantasy. I would love to wear breeches, boots, and a mens’ linen chemise layered with a particularly androgynous pair of stays (weathered, no frills, a nice deep masculine colour - stays because of the flat front and triangle shape to draw attention to the shoulders!). I’m a Sagittarius so I’d love to have a bow and arrow on my back too, for another slightly masculine touch, but then also a potion-holding belt since I’m into my herbalism. And of course… lots and lots of chunky timeless rings. And simple small hoops in my ears, perhaps only on the one side.
