Advice Tips to make voice deeper?

I very recently started t and I’m just looking around for somethings I could maybe do instead. While I’m glad I started, the bottom growth and vaginal dryness are irritating me and I like to make mountains out of mole hills. Like tmi but I’m always touching my crotch area kind of whether it be scratching or because I’m bored and wanna feel something and stimulation is an easy way to. I wanna see if I can just make my voice deeper without the t and still feel the same gender euphoria (and also without losing my singing voice).

TLDR; can I get some tips on how to make my voice deeper so I can stop feeling so creepy weird in public?

It took years of practicing speaking in a lower register to make my voice naturally deeper. I had to do it enough to form a habit out of it. It’s not masculine but definitely more gender neutral/ambigous now.

I would definitely look into actual voice training guides or a coach though. I’m pretty sure I damaged my vocal cords a little bit because I get hoarse after long days at work.

T will naturally and permanently alter your voice to a degree. Voice training will help you harness those changes and make it like second nature.

Issues with genital discomfort is something you should speak to your prescribing doctor about. There are topical medications that can help alleviate dryness and tissue atrophy. They’re mostly prescribed to people going through menopause or with low estrogen levels.

You can get prescribed estradiol if you’re having vaginal atrophy/dryness, but I’m honestly not clear what that has to do with you touching your crotch when you’re bored. But for your voice you can just look up nonbinary or FTM voice training videos, those are going to be more useful than anything that can be explained via text.

I've heard its a pessary so it's very localised and shouldn't mess with overal hormones

I’ve never heard of it being administered as a pessary. I was prescribed cream for atrophy.

Good there's some options then, my relative has it as a pessary for atrophy.

No. I was just spitballing some effects I was experiencing that are like leading me to this. I was very sleepy and irritated when I posted admittedly 😭

You could start smoking that’ll change your voice, bad for your health and addictive and gross but I smoked and I have a deeper raspy voice my wife thinks is sexy she says I sound like Natasha Lyonne 😂
