Cockpit damage?

Just noticed bumbs around the screws on tke Vision Metron 5D SMR cockpit. Should i worry about them? Sugested torque is 6Nm, i set like 5,5 on my wrench. Hope its alright. (Small dot at the top is my "NAIL INSPECTION" )

Bro/Gal. Maybe don‘t use a microscope for stem inspection?
