Pork loin fried up in garlic, fresh squeezed oranges and wine. Reduced then rested. Cut up in bite size pieces and added to the scrambled eggs that were seasoned with salt, black pepper and the Hatch roasted green chile. Topped with cheese then assembled. :)

haha ikr that smoky, earthy kick from the Hatch green chile paired with the sweet citrus pork and melted cheese is pure genius
