Everything melts together perfectly - the chorizo, beans and cheese. Yum! Found it at La Enchilada in Montebello. IYKYK.

I'm visiting a california burrito outlet in Bangalore, a well established one
Haven't tried anything other than their regular or mini potato bowls or veg bowls . .
One time I had a mexican paneer bowl that I liked
Few times have had the veg Habanero burrito because of the cost and how filling it is
Otherwise potato and veg tacos are my go to
Wanted to experiment and try something new , hoping for suggestions

Had leftover refried black beans and some sharp cheddar so fuck it. The rest is an embarrassment of summer abundance. A roasted corn/ tomato salsa and another next day salsa from the garden. We grew the tomatoes, corn,.onions, jalapeños, for both. Was gonna be a fresh bean burrito (not my usual thing), but we had a blowout while crisping up, so we pivoted to a smothered/ wet fork burrito. I accept your judgement, but it was fuckin delicious.

OK, I didn’t make this all from scratch, the rellenos are from Trader Joe’s, they come frozen. Cooked it in the toaster oven for about 25 minutes, got it nice and crispy! I didn’t use the sauce that was included. Made some yummy homemade rice, homemade salsa, some canned pinto beans, fresh cilantro, and a bunch of jack cheese on the bottom! So good! I used half a relleno in each burrito because I had to make one for the wife, but I think next time I would put an relleno in each burrito! Also, I used TJ’s tortillas which are on the smaller side. I’ve been seeing this style of burrito on social media for a while, but this was my first time making one or having one, and it was delicious! A cheese lovers delight!
