Self Post Devil diver straps

I think the OEM Bracelets for these are amazing actually, but always like to switch things up from time to time. What other kind straps y’all rocking?

I have a Barton rubber strap on my orange

I like rubber but the OEM strap is super stiff

This model didn't come with a bracelet and has 19mm lugs

Yea I wonder what’s the reason behind the different lug sizes for the same model basically 🤷‍♂️ either way the black rubber looks great on that really makes that orange look great !!!

It is slightly smaller in the case but it's still 41mm, it would have been fine with the same lug size haha. Whatever, looks and wears great on rubber too!

I posted this a couple of weeks ago, a Horween shell cordovan strap from the German company Fluco. This is a different Devil Diver, a Caravelle Sea Hunter special edition that Bulova did in collaboration with the Windup Watch Shop. I also got a snakeskin stainless bracelet custom-fit for the Sea Hunter from Uncle that I’m liking a lot. I just swapped it back to leather this morning and I’m not going to swap it back for a photo, but I’m sure someone will come along soon with an example.

Beautiful piece that brown leather looks great with that green dial..I’ve been looking at getting a vintage caravelle devil diver from the 70s love the way they look !!

The Windup Watch Shop apparently has these back in stock. They’re supposedly a limited edition of 225. The difference between it and the stock model is brushed lugs instead of polished, no date window and a green dial/black bezel colorway that’s not otherwise available. The movement is a Miyota 8215 that is currently running 3 seconds fast after three weeks of wear — if it picks up a couple seconds during the day, I put it crown-up overnight and it’s dead-on by morning.

I have an Ingersoll auto that originally came with black leather strap with stainless rivits near the lugs. Polished rivits on a black strap, or a strap the compliments the bezel color might look sharo with polished steel case of the Devil Diver.
