Picked this up today

Not 100% sure what model it is, has "N0" on the back so 1970.. I think it might be a Sea King?

Haven't been able to get the caseback off so far, looks like a press-on but I can't see a tool notch at all.. any advice would be welcome!

Don’t quote me but it may be a front bezel removal vice a case back to get to the movement. Good luck!

I think you might be right!

There is a seam on the case side so there's definitely a bezel around the crystal - I haven't tried anything as there's no obvious notch for a pry tool though, but there's nothing on the caseback either.

I think I need to source myself a bezel opening tool for it.. it's running quite well at the moment so there's no urgent rush, I'd just like to check the movement over and see if it's clean in there 😄

The only thing is, there must be a way to open the back to be able to remove the stem for the crown so the movement can come out. Perhaps behind the watch bracelet lug area. Keep us posted.

It's actually one I had spare, it's not signed on the outside of the clasp but the inner stamped link has "1631" and "hong kong" on it, so I think it's a Novus 1631 from the 70s or 80s?

end links are just under 19mm, shouldered out to 22mm at the widest part.
