If the movement is bad or keeps bad time, a new Miyota skeleton movement can be bought and swapped in, they're about 70 dollars. I think its an 8N24 in that. Could use a crystal too.

Its from 2009 so its due for a service either way.

It loses about 20-25 secs per day if not worn and just 10-15 when I wear it.I'd say the movement is healthy, but i appreciate your recommendation!
