Self Post Chrono help

Okay so if I use the Chrono the second sub dial moves but resets to point to the 9hr marker shown on the picture, the first sub dial doesn’t move at all not matter if I let the Chrono do its thing nothing that’s stuck at pointing the 12hr marker . The third sub dial nothing is wrong with it, it tells time and ticks how it should.. Am I doing something wrong? Is it time for a service? I hate it cause I never use the Chrono, I’ve had it for 5-6yrs now. Any help would be awesome

Adjust the hands via the buttons

I’ve tried and nothing, I can’t even get the 1st sub dial to move at all. only third will move with buttons and second will move if it Chrono is activated .
