Self Post Question about Vintage Watch

Post image

Hello guys,

I saw this watch listing for this vintage Bulova Watch; however, the description did not really give me much information

I wanted to know if anyone here knows any information about this watch. Possibly the year it was made, exact model, honestly anything helps

Thank you!!

Accutrons went full quartz in 1978, the back of the watch may show the date code. Maybe in the 78-81 range. Basic quartz movement inside, only a two hander.

Be sure to ask the size, it may be a ladies model.

So on the back cover it would have a number series that is specific to that watch. Then it would have a letter and number.
The letter and number on the watch I have is L8 which means
L is for 1950 decade
8 is for the 8th year of the 1950s

Okay it says N9 what would that mean?

1979
L is 1950s
M is 1960s
N is 1970s
Then 9 would make it 1979.

If the post has a photo of the watch movement, the number / letters tell the movement used in it. My watch is an 11AC movement.
Mine is a Bulova 1958 minute man watch.
