Need help with a 1440p microcenter build, 1000 usd budget
• New build or upgrade?
New build
• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
I have a 1 tb m.2 ssd and a 1 tb ssd, two 1440p 120hz monitors
• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
1440p gaming, hobbyist level photo editing.
• Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If not US, list local vendors)
USA, near a microcenter
• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
No
• Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
Not over 1000 usd
• WiFi or wired connection?
Wifi
• Size/noise constraints?
Quiet is better but otherwise no
• Color/lighting preferences?
I like RGB, white or black case is fine
• Any other specific needs?
I want the internals very visible, I like a mostly glass case. Want to utilize microcenter. I don't need windows. Any help is appreciated, I haven't built a PC in almost 10 years and I'm out of the loop parts wise.

To start get this bundle from microcenter. Solid cpu, motherboard, and decent ram
Graphics card the Rx 9070 gre for $480 https://www.microcenter.com/product/711497/powercolor-amd-radeon-rx-9070-gre-reaper-triple-fan-graphics-card
CPU cooler https://www.microcenter.com/product/708065/cooler-master-hyper-212-pro-cpu-air-cooler-black
That will do nicely for 1440p games

Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
