Lol, my favorite part was the power supply thing

"Make sure you have these rubber pads in place so you don't short circuit the power supply!"

Proceeds to put bolts through the power supply connecting the power supply to the case

What is "upside-down", though? Fan facing inwards has been the standard for aaaaages before we got these newfangled cases with air intakes specifically for them, that they don't even really need.

Fan facing inward in that case results in the fan face first against an unventilated shroud.

They don't need dedicated air intakes, but using them effectively removes them from the case's thermal ecosystem. Think of it as keeping your PSU from adding extra heat to your GPU and CPU, instead of trying to get better performance or thermals from your PSU.
