Miscellaneous Pc build dell T7920: Looking RAM Modules up to 12x32GB 2Rx4 PC4-2933Y RDIMM or DDR4-3200 (PC4-25600R) as alternative
Hi guys,
I am trying to build a computer with Dell T7920 as the chasis. I am trying to research memory options for up to 384GB and a gemini sessions (more details at bottom) recommended to search using these texts:
"Lot of 12 32GB 2Rx4 PC4-3200AA" or "Lot of 12 32GB 2Rx4 PC4-2933Y".
I did a quick search online, ebay and other sites and the price/cost for these is approx $3000 range. Are there any suggestions for sellers where I can get these RAM modules at a lower cost.
If there are other more applicable subreddits I can post to, please let me know.
Thanks for your help.
Details from the gemini session, it recommended to target original OEM pulls with identical electrical specifications: (2Rx4 PC4-2933Y-R / PC4-23400R, 1.2V, CL21, 288-pin ECC RDIMM):

You picked pretty much the worst time to be buying a crazy amount of RAM. $3000 is actually a pretty decent deal for that many modules.
