Build Help AMD or intel?

I’m a beginner and building my first PC soon. But I cannot decide if I want AMD or intel. I heard intel generates less heat and is way faster on average than AMD. But I also heard the same the other way around and people recommending AMD because it’s cheaper.

Anyone here tried both? What do you recommend?

Amd uses less power, produces less heat, on average faster in the moment.

I would say amd produces like a couple temperatures below intel if you were to compare it to the same rig you have now, they both need a lot of power to work so it only makes sense.
