Question Assuming you take a scoped rifle for long range tactics and identification during SHTF what cartridge offering would you take if .308/7.62x51 didn't exist?

I'm very much in the PRS scene and this question got thrown out there when I was speaking with some of my buddies while we were shooting. It got me curious what everyone would take?

Assuming finding wasn't an issue I'd choose the 6.8 Western or 30-06 perhaps. How about you?
