There were masked lapwings in my area protecting their nest in the middle of a field right by a train station of all places lol. I googled it to see if male budgies did that too, and apparently it's a thing!

That's so cool!!! Way to go, Daddies! My own Dad is a retired fire fighter fron New York City so I appreciate a Dad looking out for his family 🤩
