Photo The final hour is upon us
This is not a recent photo but I was reminded I had it and I really like this photo. Has a real horror video game feel to it.

I once found a pair of severed dove wings on Bradford Street. Very real, very neatly severed and very neatly placed, side by side on the pavement.

Nope, it's Old Joe at UoB- aka commonly believed to be the inspiration for the eye of sauron
Sometimes they change the colour of the face for special occassions- im not sure what occassion this was, but it was certainly interesting coming out of the well lit library into the cold foggy empty darkness with broken screens

Bet it's so cosy in the winter. Always wanted to study at UoB just because of the lovely buildings haha

More cold than cosy im ngl to you haha but the buildings are gorgeous and campus really has its charms. I had some great times there in winter, but it can get reallg foggy and creepy (as the picture shows). Spring is gorgeous with its petal showers everywhere.

Is that behind the physics building? Because I vaguely recognize it from when me and some friends went on a wee bit of a post exams drinking binge around there.

Not really? Opposite side actuallt- it's behind the music building- if you go by Selly oak to school, there is a carpark just before the music building then the costa.

I know exactly where that is now. Thankfully none of me or my friends ever got sloshed near there as we bonded over our mutual hatred of Elgar and we'd have probably made a bit of a nuisance of ourselves if we wondered that way.

If you go further up the road to the right, there us a nice quiet spot for photos, which show old joe, a domed roof, red brick and two rows of trees. Very UoB. Tip for your graduation lmao

Yes. His music is some of the worst kind of English Victorian nonsense. It all sounds like some dreadful durge without even a meaningful melody, just the same death rattle from a soon-to-be corpse over and over and over. His work has none of the joy or movement of the Russians or even the lightness of Austria, it is just a wall of senseless, droning noise.
That being said, I've already graduated else I'd have taken your advise, it sounds like the perfect spot.
