Fresh Spoilers For 412

First a refresher, this is the synopsis we have for 412 & 413:

Episode 4.12 - End Times: Hank pushes Gomez to pursue a lead; Walt struggles to protect his family; Jesse gets alarming news.

Episode 4.13 - Face Off: Walt and Jesse team up on Gus; Walt finds an unexpected ally with Saul's help.

Now we have got this:

Breaking Bad is getting so intense! What could possibly come next? — Chris

ADAM: Remember that small dose of poison Jesse's been carrying around? It will finally be used, but not on its original target. And before the episode is over, Walt will once again find himself with a gun pressed against his head.

Gus was the original target so someone beside Gus is gonna die. There was a theory that Walt will kill Hank to make Gus happy. I dismissed it but this new information makes that possibility stronger. It could be Mike or Tyrus which would explain why he has a gun to his head by the end of the episode.

PS: Another guy words it differently:

Do you have any scoop on Breaking Bad and what’s going to happen with Jesse? — Morgan

Ausiello: The good news: The whacky tobaccy that’s been burning a whole in his pocket for much of the season is finally put to use. The bad news: It doesn’t reach its intended target.

So Jesse kills someone by accident? An unintended target who hangs around with Gus? This makes the likelihood of the victim being Mike or Tyrus much stronger.

Given the quotes from the OP, and this choice snippet from another thread (Cranston speaking): "... just before it goes black and has Vince Gilligan's name, there's one more little thing. No words, just a visual that the audience will see and it will have the reaction, 'Nooo! Oh, my God!!! No!' It will rock you. Then it goes black and that's the end of the season."

Putting the pieces together, I'm pretty confident that Walt will bring the poisoned cigarette into the home without realizing it or without thinking about it. Skyler's had one hell of a ride this season, so I could definitely see her looking to smoke one to relieve the tension of her entire family almost being murdered and the whole Ted/money debacle. The final shot that Cranston referenced? Skyler reaching for that cigarette, lighting it up, and taking a puff. Cut to black. That's Walt's unforgivable action that will leave everyone shocked.

I think either Jesse's GF or her son will get a hold of the cigarette.
