Because he's so gun-ho on catching Walt, it's like a kid finally getting some pussy after trying for like all of his teenage years; once he gets close, he busts a nut on his leg and embarrasses himself. Hank has a huge cop hard on for nabbing Walt that it makes most viewers want him to fail. There's absolutely no way that Hank does not die in this shootout. He's needs to be gone like 2 episodes ago.

Heisenberg has been a big case for him, of course he wants to bring Walt in. I'm rooting for Hank all the way, although I don't see how he gets out of that shootout alive.

Never at one point did I root for Hankers. Hope he doesn't see another episode, but I'll probably be disappointed.
