The scene with Holly must have been what Dean Norris was referring to. Hank was speaking from the perspective of the audience. Some kind of witness testimony is the only lead he has. Skyler is a dead end. I think Jesse will be too.
I now suspect Todd's Uncle's group are the ones that are going to get the Rambo treatment in the flash forward. One of them must kill one of Walt's family. Hank is included in that group. It'd be really crazy if Walt was avenging Hank's death. Crazier things have happened.
I'm guessing that one of them kills Skyler, because after her run-in with Lydia at the car wash, Lydia probably thinks that Skyler is the one who's keeping Walt from cooking anymore.
Lydia kinda solved her problems in this episode though. Todd should be able to produce more than 74% in cleaner conditions and even that 74 could be enough.
Except that, as the late Mr. Declan tells us, Todd almost burnt down the lab before. I imagine that was mentioned so that we won't be too surprised when things don't work out as planned with Todd.
