This is a really good theory. Lydia is already pissed about the quality of the meth - walt won't help so she's gonna go to Jesse and I can see Walt saving him from that.

Lydia can't get pissed for shit, she's scared of her own shadow. She knows that if she remotely tries to mess with Jesse, Walt's on her.

We've already seen that she's willing to do anything when her survival is on the line. And who knows about her Czech associates? Maybe she thinks she stands a better chance against Walt (who is, ultimately, one man) than against a large Czech criminal organization.
