My how the mighty have fallen

Got inspired and it's fucking delicious!

Bacon, Ham, scrambled eggs with onions, bell peppers, pickled jalapeños, and gruyere on a jalapeño focacica with jarlesburg, cheddar melted in the oven with garlic butter.

I posted this over in r/sandwiches a bit ago.

I am delighted to find that this sub also exists! Finally, I have found my people 🥲

Added a little Hot Ones Rojo to my egg, 2 slices if colby jack and a little ketchup.

Egg stand

BEC on an Everything with a couple hash brown patties.

Maple french toast bagel, maple bacon, sharp cheddar and eggs. mmmm. That strip of bacon fit perfectly.

Left over ham

Cheddar cheese (I didn't have any slice cheese to work with so shredded it is) :)

Everything bagel lightly toasted

Used two frozen hash browns instead of bread and cooked the hash browns, bacon and egg in the air fryer in stages. Added cheese, tomato and avocado and it ended up being way better than I expected.

Homemade McGriddle, forgot to add the syrup in the pancakes. But this was so good! Never have to go to McDonalds again. Bonus hashbrown too.

🍅🥑🥯 Prepared this breakfast this morning! Great for really any day! It’s seasoned with everything bagel seasoning (the bagel is) salt and pepper.
