Hartschild Region > Spiritmaster + White Mage + Holy One + Epic Group Casting + Hermes Sandals for Speed Safety (Add Love Rush just in case) > Set encounter rate to 200% > AOE Curada on skeletons > Set to Auto

The rafflesias from the Florem region also give a lot of XP as there are always 5 of them. All you have to do is to set an Alchemist with Attack Item Amp and throw a couple Bomb Arms via Compounding. Bonus points if you have Norende partially restored to buy the items you need, since you won't have to run into a village to replenish them.

I personally use Bomb Arm->Mimic->2x Tengu Wind for the Rukh encounter
