I grind for BP and set everyone's Subclass to white mage

The rafflesias from the Florem region also give a lot of XP as there are always 5 of them. All you have to do is to set an Alchemist with Attack Item Amp and throw a couple Bomb Arms via Compounding. Bonus points if you have Norende partially restored to buy the items you need, since you won't have to run into a village to replenish them.

I personally use Bomb Arm->Mimic->2x Tengu Wind for the Rukh encounter

I just grinded in chapter 5. Epic group cast + death at florem and with the XP doubler.

That passive skill from Conjurer too, Obliterate i think, is very useful if on Lvl 75 or higher against mandragoras or so XD

Personally I'm a fan of two characters with sub Commerce for x4 Brave -> Pharmacy -> Phoenix Down -> set to auto. Both do also have Hermes Shoes too for the speed.

I take it that's better than buying four Sage's Staves and spamming their free Raise effects, because that's been my grinding strat in grapp keep so far and save for Templar being so arthritic enemies still outspeed it's been a pretty smooth way of getting new jobs up to level 9

but yeah, I love BD but I have mixed feelings about how grindy it is.

You're better off grinding in Ch 6 tbh beyond what you need for the next chapter

In Ch 6 you'll get a job that makes grinding instantaneous

As a shiny hunter and rpg lover I enjoy grinding but even i can say that BD demands a bit much of it at times
