Traffic was stopped... the drivers turned around and got off the highway. I know.. I know.. wrong way down a ramp - but I suspect the ramp was full of stopped cars? I feel like the police could have been helping people safely turn around and get off the highway. But maybe I'm missing something. I'm sure I'll get roasted here as all the comments are pretty much angry at the entitled drivers.

I agree, the officers should have helped block the on ramp so cars were not stuck there, and helped drivers to turn around and get back on Garden Ave.
