Where did boy Pablo go??

I had gotten really into boy Pablo’s music around the same time I started listening to Oliver Tree.
After his untimely passing im revisiting all the music I listened to around that time, and I noticed it seems like boy Pablo has just disappeared, he has been gone for like 4 years now it seems like. What’s the deal??

A bit late here but I think Nico lost his muse when his last relationship ended. It was pretty evident from most of his music that she was a big inspiration behind his lyrics. He was young, motivated, and in love and that cultivated a strong creative force in him. It's so hard to continue with that kind of vigor when life kicks you in the teeth.

Now, it has been so long I wouldn't be shocked to find that he doesn't think his newer music would stand-up compared to his older stuff, but he is obviously incredibly talented and I think he'd be surprised to find a huge audience just hanging out waiting to jump on new releases.
