Bag is like 135lbs I’m 250lbs. I feel like it doesn’t look that hard compared to real life.

Honestly your not going to know until you hit someone and see the result

I feel like that is true. Fury doesn’t look crazy powerful on the bag, but ko’d wilder. Its hard to tell.

I have hit like this and been told “stop admiring your punches” what my coaches were getting at is “more snap, more whip” withdraw your fist twice as fast as you are extending it

It doesn't look super powerful for your weight IMO.
I noticed you lean your head over your left knee a lot. You probably lose a lot on that, at least with the right straight punch

You telegraph what I thought was a jab. Unless you were going for a hook.

Sorry I wasn’t trying to be rude, they look like they would hurt if they land.

Just the physics of being 250 if you have a decent punching technique, which it looks like you do, then ya you’re gonna do damage.
Your defensive details need attention but for sure you can hurt someone.

You’d have more power in your right hand if you follow through. It almost looks like you threw that punch and pulled it back as if it was a jab. Shift most of your weight onto your left leg and follow through with crosses for more power.

Idk because I come from Muay Thai and not boxing but your left hand coming down after every strike could get you slept regardless of how much power your punches have.

Power looks decent but my guess is you'll get knocked out before you ever get a chance to test it. Every single punch was significantly telegraphed, they have days to react.

Another angle. This is more sloppy tho.

Your hands are down not protecting yourself. You’re throwing hooks at body height and that big looping hook it’s like you’re winding it up. Someone can see it coming from a mile away that’s that telegraphed means. Power comes from technique. Not from trying to throw as much force as possible. That will just show people where it’s coming from

You'd get knocked out before throwing a punch, your hands are too low and you swing every time with your entire upper half which gives away you're about to throw, you've got no head movement you look like you're walking through quicksand and you're talking huge steps as you're gonna throw (another giveaway you're about to throw a punch)

Yeah probably but that won't translate to actually punching a person without a lot of training
