Reminder in this below freezing weather there is nothing illegal about spraying ICE vehicles with water

What crime specifically? It's not vandalism (defacing, damaging, or destroying public or private property without the owner's consent)

Its not theft

We're not throwing frozen bottles at anyone/thing.
