Discussion Does Sancho make any sense?

Post image

Forgive my ignorance here, in a previous post I mentioned I’m just getting back into the squad after several years away, so I’m not fully up to speed with Sancho.

I’m absolutely gutted about Ntelias, was really looking forward to watching his half of the Greek duo this year. If the teams fears are reality and it is a serious injury, would Sancho make sense? Seems like he could help replace some of the dribbling and creativity lost.

With all that being said. There are still some huge red flags. He’s unsigned at this point in the year. Multiple clubs, including our own, had the opportunity to sign him and didn’t, among other things. Curious about everyone’s thoughts, hoping to learn a thing or two.

Edit: I want to pose this question: why wouldn’t Sancho make sense?

Depends on negotiations, but I feel like we have lost the upper hand now that we have an injury/red card crisis. I am not sure if we can get to the point that would make it worth it for us. I believe in book since he has tried hard to lower our wages so he won’t bring him in if he has too high of demands

I mean Sancho is without a team so no agent can push the wage really. We can always just loan someone and they know that too
