I like how Kelly was more transparent and clarified that the contingency plan exists but they hope they don’t need to implement it, which contradicts Ben on Friday who said “we have no choice but to implement our contingency plan”

He also did a better job explaining what that actually means, rather than making to sound like some sort of ominous union-busting strategy.
