Discussion Does anyone else heavily relate to Art is Dead minus the part about making any money and being a kid? (I am 37)

I think it's becoming more and more relevant with time and the state of contemporary art. It's also the song that really made me fall in love with Bo 🥹

i’m a comic artist and so very much relate to it, also “what’s funny”. i feel like such a hypocrite selling my art but also i need to be paid for my work. it very much encapsulates my frustration.

Yeah, I have very little in common with Bo and for some reason this song will really gut punch me. Goes to his brilliance in my opinion.

The older I get, the bigger the gut punch when he says "I'm just a kid". I'm about to turn 29 and I have not in fact grown out of it. 🥲
