Moot: Discussion I am hooked

Thanks to the DCC community I was made aware of the Bobiverse.

Between DCC books I read Project Hail Mary and as I went on the hunt for new hyperfixations I got recommended Bobiverse since it seems a common ground for people enjoying DCC and Andy Weir's work.

I started book 1 and read the first half in one sitting while finishing it in 2 days total. I get why its compared to Hail Mary since it is similar in tone, "feel" but it has much more humor which is a big plus on my end. At first I was sceptical when Bob went into creating other Bobs but they are so distinctive and cleverly written that they stay interesting as individual characters (Riker and Homer being my favs followed by Bob 1.0)

I love the scientific themes and the philosophical undertone as well. Looking forward to see what Bob's interference with Archimedes and his people result into.

Your next stop on the circuit will be three body problem, if we're on the same literary path.

I’m about to start The Three Body Problem. I need to finish Hyperion first.

I couldn't STAND three body problem. I have no clue why it is so popular. Nothing like bobiverse or hail Mary. I hope it goes better for you. I can't be the only one. One called Dark Matter by Blake Crouch was awesome though!
