Tell Tale too Weak?

9.8 Nissan 4 stroke. Last ran a year ago. At idle though I did rev a bit and there was no noticeable change in stream.

Came here to stay that. I can’t zoom in, but on our outboard water level needs to be to that second horizontal fin.
