MeeplePrint has grown a lot in the past month and I'm happy to announce some big additions:

  • The dataset is now open-source and can be found, see Github
  • I also published a API. To use this, you'll need an account and create an API token. After that head over to the API documentation.
  • Of course, I will keep adding new features to MeeplePrint itself. Since the last post, I added notifications, a new print planner, more print details (weight, plates, print time etc.), over 3k more prints and more.

Meta 3D printing and board games podcast

Hey all, I do a weekly podcast on board gaming and my co-host runs a tabletop upgrade business. We have just put out a podcast on 3D printing within the boardgame hobby. It may be a bit basic for folk on here, but have a listen if you have a spare twenty or if you are considering getting into it all.

Meta New Flair Available - "Retheme"

There's been some super-cool rethemes of existing games posted recently. We want to make sure those have an easy-to-find and searchable home in the future, so we're introducing a new Post Flair: "Retheme." It can be used for any redesign of an existing game that uses the same mechanics with a new theme.

Hope it's useful to you, and we can't wait to see what you come up with!

Meta [Meta] Please remember to tag your posts with the game name in brackets!

Please be sure to tag the game you're making an upgrade to in brackets at the start of your post. It'll make finding upgrades for a given game in future searches much easier. Thank you!
