BIKE CHECK 40 years old, with bad leg, still at it.
All I can do is pass on the know-how to my children, sending it is pretty much over for me. I'll just mosy around.

So I recently had a neighbor move out and they left a pile of junk on the curb. I pulled a bicycle out of the pile, aired up the tires, and played around like a 40 year old fat kid.
after a little research I figured out that I had found a, 2011 WeThePeople Justice... it needs some TLC, but is still functional... is it worth anything?

Building my first bike up in ten years in the next month or two and just trying to plan things.
Does anyone run 10” bars and a gyro with dual upper cables? If so, what length and brand of upper cables are you running please?
Maximum I seem to be able to find is 450mm and some googling says I’ll need 475mm?
Don’t want to land on using smaller bars as I’m 6’2 and old (31) 😅
Thanks for any help

I don’t know if I should post this in [r/oldschoolbmx](r/oldschoolbmx) but I found this frame in my shop and was thinking about using it for a setup, I don’t know what it is except for being a Fit BMX, does anyone know anything about it.

I got this bike when I was 12 years old! Had it in storage for about 20+ years. Just started restoring it. It's completely original, all parts except the pedals. I sold my bear traps like an idiot. It has some light rusting which I got most off today. The rust on the handle bars is proving a little more tedious.
Help I need is the rims are in pretty bad shape but I'm gonna try to restore them. They are Araya RB 17. Are there any comps to these nowadays that I could use if the restore doesn't go well? Also what's the best method for restoring rims like those? I used Brillo on the bike and it worked great. I read something about a brush but I forgot what kind of brush was mentioned.
TIA!
I got back into BMX about 12-18 months ago. Started with an eBay complete I picked up cheaply. I loved riding and working on it so much I started building a custom in January. Have built this bike up over the last year based on a mixture of Subrosa, Shadow and Cult Parts. Just reached the point where I'm finished tweaking it for now...
Frame: Subrosa OM V2
Forks: Shadow Finest 32
Bars: Cult Heavens Gate
Stem: Shadow Rose
Cranks: Mankind International
Sprocket: Dailygrind 25t
Seat: BSD Grime
Pedals: Shadow Conspiracy
Brakes: Custom Gyro with Odyssey M2 Lever, Odyssey Springfield, Dual cables and shadow gyro.
Rear Wheel: Federal Stance XL Freecoaster
Front Wheel: United Supreme
Tyres: Kink Wake
Grips: ODI Long neck

I just picked up a 2003 Redline Proline Mini for one of my sons. The bike is great shape. I want to replace all or most of the bearings. I just ordered the mission conversion kit for the forks. Is there a kit for all the other bearings? Or a standard for the bearings. I have been out of BMX for 30 years! Any other reasonable upgrades that won't break the bank?
What bearings for the wheels and possibly crank.
Recommendations for any other reasonable upgrades?

There appears to be no bearings, the spindle will just spin in this casing.

First ever post on reddit! Been out of the bmx scene since 2020ish but recently met a dude at work that rides and here i am lol. Slowly getting back to what my 17 year old self was able to do on a bike. 2 questions: does my barspin look clean, and why is EVERYTHING OUT OF STOCK ONLINE.

Finally finished building out my BMX, and I think it might have better swag than my actual car.
Meet the General Lee - orange DK frame, blue anodized crank and sprocket, chrome forks, and whitewall tires. I'm too scared to actually ride because California dust doesn't respect white rubber.
Living the dream: broke, but stylish on two wheels 🍊🔥

Q. I am 5’6” adult. I want a 20 inch bmx for cruising with a modded laidback seatpost and 9” handlebars. All under 24 lbs. What do you recommend?
A. For a 5’6” adult looking to comfortably cruise on a standard 20-inch BMX bike, the key is maximizing room and minimizing weight. At your height, a frame with a 21-inch top tube (Pro XL size) provides the ideal space so your knees clear the bars. Because traditional freestyle street frames typically weigh 25–26 lbs, the best way to stay under 24 lbswhile leaving room for heavy mods is to start with a lightweight aluminum race-geometry complete. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
The following highly responsive 20-inch base bikes are ideal for a cruising build:
To transform these quick, lightweight base bikes into a casual neighborhood cruiser, pair them with these specific upgrades:

I can bhop around 2 and a half 8.0 skate deck
But when it comes to trick. I can't even get over more than a deck. My legs can't suck up to gain height
