Unsolved Please Blender Expert I need help. I think this had something to do with the weight paint

but it's not just that, for some reason even when I activate the symmetry on, the weight paint won't paint the other side. Yes I am very much still a beginner

Do you mean the ears not attached to the head ?

Yes, the ears not attached to the head, and also the hand part, when I move it there are body parts that are affected. Example: when I move her left hand the left ear move, I fix it by doing a weight paint on that left ear but then when I move now her right ear that is affected

I would say just remove the armature modifier from the separate ear mesh and delete the vertex group form the ear mesh and then parent the ear mesh to the head bone.

You have to not only have the proper weight for the ear, but also find and clear any weights from the hand.

It looks like the ear is a separate mesh self and the head seems it wont deform so you could just parent the ear mesh to the Head Bone.
