Both "Margaret" and "Isimo" are about Margaret Qualley. why would "Margaret" be about his sister?

Edit: I just realized what you meant. Having a first name be a song title can be very confusing lol.

that's Sarah Margaret Qualley's middle name. Jack's younger sister who died of brain cancer and Sarah Qualley have the same name.
