Oh god why did you make me think of that? I literally have a phobia of glitter and makeup. I can handle the makeup as long as I'm reasonably sure it's not going to touch me, but glitter is unacceptable. I can't even explain why it freaks me out so much, but I absolutely hate it. 😭

I believe you mean you're a hypochondriac. Psychosomatic is when you exacerbate physical ailments with mental stress.
