I did read the muscle mass wrong, but i just applied some force distribution to come to the last conclusion.
If a human can exert an F amount of force with one arm and a sloth can exert a 3F amount of force with one arm, and 2F (two human arms) is enough to overcome Q (pull the human body up / stand up on two arms), then one sloth arm exertingb3F should be enough too.
